Monday 4/19: 3.1 mile run
Tuesday 4/20: bike 40 minutes….3 loops at Tiffany’s house/0930 ride at Clubworx
Wednesday: off
Thursday 4/22: swim 30 minutes
Friday 4/23: bike 40 minutes…..3 loops at Tiffany’s house
Saturday 4/24: RACE DAY!!!

2. Convoy/Departure Plan:

Get body marking
Set up transition area
The race starts at 0800 so you can warm up in the pool prior to 0745 and you will not start until your designated time. Execute your nutrition plan since you will have eaten breakfast hours before when you left your house

3 Steps to Plan and Prepare for your “A” Race
Step 1: choose wisely….distance/location/weather
Step 2: Back out 4 to 8 weeks from the main event and pick two training lead up races. This allows you to pace your training for the season as opposed to gearing up for a single event.
Step 3: Find some training partners….got that covered.

4. Reward Jewelry:
I have a lady who is designing necklaces for us that will say swim, bike, run or will have the symbols for the tri as well as our team name on it. We will get a percentage off the prices you see on the website and free shipping. I am currently waiting on some sample pics from her and I will post them on the blog. I always think an accomplishment of this magnitude deserves jewels.
T-shirts: We should have these on Thurs 22 Apr 10. We have a sponsor so we have to learn about Carolina Back Institute. We may have a training session with them so we know who they are and what they do!
